Completed training or studies in business management, event management, marketing Multiannual professional experience in Business Development, Sales or Convention Bureau, ideally in the event, congress and event environment Embossed sales orientation, negotiation skills and safe occurrence as well as the ability to build sustainable customer and partner relationships Experience in the leadership or management of teams as well as pleasure in developing employees and achieving goals together. High self-initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured and result-oriented way of working
