Technical and organisational management of the operational operation of a special waste intermediate storage Leadership and motivation of an eight-member team of professionals Monitoring and compliance with relevant regulations, in particular in the field of hazardous waste and waste law Person responsible according to Disposal Industry Regulation Implementation of safety instructions and training, monitoring compliance with safety measures Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts and the audit of earnings

Complete technical training (technical technicians/masters) or study in the field of environmental engineering, chemistry or a similar subject Multiannual professional experience in the disposal of hazardous waste Knowledge of legal regulations and safety standards in handling hazardous waste Ideally, qualification according to TRGS 520 and specialist according to § 9 para. 3 EfbV Ability to motivation and development of the team Very good knowledge of MS Office applications Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with a pronounced communication and enforcement strength
