For our MM-Packaging location in Kaiserslautern, we are looking for a dedicated account manager (m/w/d) indefinitely

Proactive customer support (B2B) incl. Creation of offers, orders, production orders and invoices Solution and customer-oriented handling of complaints Provide all necessary order documents for a secure production process on time Coordination and execution of orders in close cooperation and coordination with Key Account Management and other departments relating to material, quality adjustment and production and shipping dates Telephone consultation and support of our customers, if necessary Customer care in the house Complete processing in ERP and master data management

Successfully completed kfm. or techn. Education or training Studies Professional experience in the sales service including support for large industrial customers, ideally in a producing company Very good techn. Understanding and high customer and service orientation Very good English skills, further language skills desirable Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office applications Impressed teamwork, independent and solution-oriented working, high communicative competence
