As a buyer:in the focus of construction, you are responsible for the representation of the purchase in the project team of assigned departments, with the introduction of the specialist know-how, as well as for the structured planning and processing of the projects as a subproject manager:in, including the responsibility for compliance with appointments and target costs. You are responsible for the implementation of public procurement procedures in accordance with UVgO, as well as national and EU-wide procurement law throughout all phases – from the request to the evaluation of the offer and development of the negotiation strategy to negotiation, award and award. A legally secure documentation of all steps is of course for you. Your skills are characterized by a competent consultation with purchase-specific questions as well as cooperation in the development of write-off performance directories. You have completed university studies, preferably in the field of Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or alternatively a comparable qualification.
