You will continuously develop the SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding and Performance & Goals You analyse requirements from the departments and implement suitable solutions by customizing and system configurations You guide and accompany national and international SAP SuccessFactors projects, releases and system upgrades You coordinate external service providers, SAP consultants:inside and implementation partners You support key users and HR employees in first and second-level support and train training You ensure data quality and compliance, data protection and quality standards
You have a degree in economic informatics, computer science, business management or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year professional experience in the care and development of SAP SuccessFactors modules – ideally in the P&C environment or in the consulting. You have a sound knowledge of P&C processes and a good understanding of HR systems, interfaces and system integrations. You work safely with SAP SuccessFactors; Knowledge of the SAP BTP Integration Suite and Atoss are of advantage. You think analytically and process-oriented, work independently and convince by a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You communicate safely with different stakeholders and bring experience in data modeling, reporting and process optimization.
