As part of the Biotechnology segment near Danaher, we combine dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

Own implementation of installations, maintenance and repairs on our standardized and customer-specific systems, including chromatography, protein and cell therapy systems, as well as filter integrity testers, after appropriate training. Proactive planning and execution of customer visits as part of service contracts, projects and maintenance blocks to build long-term and trusted customer relationships, as well as timely documentation of customer visits and services provided. Supporting account managers and sales specialists, active assistance in selling service products and cooperation with internal partners to generate new leads for devices and promote growth initiatives.

You have a successfully completed electrotechnical training or a Bachelor degree in a technical discipline or a technical assistant (MTA, CTA, LTA) or an equivalent degree They bring more than 2+ years of experience in the field service and are owned by a valid license. They speak fluently German and English in word and writing and have a real passion for work in a multicultural environment It would be advantageous if you also have experience in the following areas: They have pronounced technical-analytical skills and problem-solving competence Basic knowledge of chromatography or similar technologies are advantageous. Working experience under GLP/GMP conditions
