The Evangelical Regional Association Frankfurt and Offenbach (ERV) is an association of the Protestant Churches and the Evangelical City Deanate Frankfurt and Offenbach with many valuable, city-related tasks. We have a wide range of ecclesiastical institutions and social services in the region with the aim of supporting people in everyday life, but also in crisis situations and providing valuable help for self-help. The Department of Finance and Accounting of the ERV deals with all issues relating to financing and accounting for all ecclesiastical institutions and social services within the Association in Frankfurt and Offenbach.

Professional and disciplinary leadership and motivation of a team of about 8 employees Ensuring liquidity management and proper payment transactions including quality assurance Optimization of existing payment processes and identification of potential for improvement as well as ensuring the cash processes, security of the cash registers and the management of the bank accounts and the processing of security accounts, responsibility for the cash register and advance processing as well as the dunning system Responsibility for the compliance of online banking with financial accounting, including professional user support and interface management Cooperation with internal departments and external partners Ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements in the financial sector Management representation in the field of financial accounting in absence

A qualified degree (e.g. tax specialist, account holder, farmer, Administrative specialist) combined with a commercial training Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with leadership experience Experiences found in the organisation of booking processes Safe handling of common accounting and office software (Outlook, MS-Word and especially Excel) Knowledge of commercial accounting and payment Analytical and structured thinking Team-oriented leadership style, communication strength and enforcement capability High level of responsibility as well as strong quality awareness and innovation joy The Evangelical Regional Association Frankfurt and Offenbach promotes the opportunities of all people in the profession.
