As part of a further development of the manufacturing organization, the machining department was restructured with the areas of turning, milling and grinding. Highly complex metal parts, which are installed in their own machines and systems, are manufactured as a precursor for assembly. The core of the task is to ensure with more than 30 employees the availability of parts in the required quality. A modern machine park and qualified personnel are available.

For the newly created position, we are looking for the Head of Division of Metalworking as a “Leiter Zerspanung (m/w/d)”, which manages this area professionally souveränänlich and leads the employees to an appreciation.

Education Knowledge of CNC cutting (turning, milling, grinding) Multiannual leadership experience in the management of production teams Value flow orientation with understanding for end-to-end processes KPI orientation: Experience in handling OEE, throughput times, setup times, etc. Experience in project work, e.g. the implementation of lean projects IT-Affinity: Secure handling of ERP and MES systems, MS Office, and digital shopfloor tools
