Successfully completed professional and technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic) or comparable completion Multiannual experience with manufacturing processes from the production environment Very good understanding of production facilities Experience in leadership of employees Strong commitment to work safety Embossed craftsmanship High level of team and communication skills as well as loadability and stress resistance Self-employed and structured work High level of communication skills and team orientation Very good knowledge of common Microsoft applications Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
