They act as an important link between us and our customers, with you standing by phone as well as in writing across multiples (excl. car, credit and precautionary management) To do this, you create interesting offers and ensure that insurance certificates, documents as well as contract changes and modifications of any kind are thoroughly checked and implemented. In conversations with insurers during negotiations or operations and damages, you use your expertise to ensure smooth handling, e.g. in damage management With your customer-oriented way, you will be carefully preparing annual meetings and, if necessary, take part in it personally to actively shape the future of our partnerships Your versatility is demonstrated by ensuring the smooth communication with customers or by providing presentations and statistics to illustrate our services

Your previous qualification is meaningful – you have successfully completed a training as a businessman for insurance and finance (m/w/d) or comparable training, ideally supplemented by additional training as an insurance specialist (m/w/d) or a business economist (m/w/d) We are very pleased if you have already gained several years of experience in customer support and also have cross-species knowledge, preferably in the field of composites Your customer-oriented working, healthy engagement and a strong team spirit make you an important part and real profit for our branch Your sovereign handling of the current MS Office programs and good German and English skills complete their profile
