Construction and coordination of Public & Patient Involvement (PPI) across all project locations Conception and implementation of outreach formats (Advisory Board meetings, workshops, events, digital content) Development and management of information resources (e.g. website, animations) Cooperation with international partners and stakeholders Presentation of Public Engagement in Project Management (e.g. Steering Committee) Evaluation and further development of measures (including measurement of success) Scientific accompaniment of public commitment measures and cooperation on research and evaluation concepts Analysis, evaluation and preparation of qualitative and quantitative data for evaluation Working with scientific publications, reports and presentations

Master's degree (or comparable degree) in science communication, public engagement, medicine, psychology or a related subject Experience in project management and implementation of public engagement formats Knowledge of current approaches in PPI, outreach and co-production Experience in handling sensitive / vulnerable target groups Remarkable: Experience in the Evaluation of Public Engagement Projects, Experience with Multi-Stakeholder Projects and International Work Experience Structured, independent operation and pronounced communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English
