Business Controller (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the areas of sales, investment and central controlling and develop them strategically You will start sales, margin and cost-effectiveness analyses, tax transfer prices, credit management and asset management You take over the creation of GuV, structural cost analyses and further loads as well as the coordinated implementation of monthly and annual accounts You develop budgets, forecasts and ad hoc analyses and deliver data-based impulses for management decisions You continuously optimize control processes and tools and actively promote the digitization of the controlling As a proactive business partnerin, you support the disciplines, report directly to the financial director and are central contact partnerin for business and business auditors

You have a university degree in economics, a comparable degree with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting, or you have similar qualifications with You have several years of experience in controlling a manufacturing company You draw from a strong entrepreneurial view and a natural hands-on mentality You are versed in dealing with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and are confident in it Your communication strength allows binding cooperation at all levels You master MS Office very well and bring knowledge of German and English with you
