You check, configure, capture and archive/scan creditor bills with and without order reference You clarify and vote the creditor accounts and balances You edit creditor reminders and maintain the open posts You are responsible for the intercompany voting of creditors and debitors You check the payment suggestion list and prepare the Intercompany payments You process all requests from supplier:internal and internal contact persons You carry out monthly account adjustments from balance sheet accounts and work with process recordings, process improvements and various projects You contribute to the creation of monthly and annual accounts and prepare internal and external audits You perform analysis and create evaluations in Excel

You bring a successfully completed commercial training; a Qualification for Accounting/Financial Accounting (m/w/d) would be advantageous You have several years of professional experience in financial and accounting, international or Group experience in accounting is desirable You are safe in handling MS Office, especially MS Excel (e.g. Pivot, S-Vmode etc.) You have SAP-FI/CO knowledge You have good knowledge of turnover tax law and fluent German skills You control English in a safe manner (min. Level B2) and have a pronounced understanding of numbers as well as analytical thinking You have fun editing and analyzing mass transactions and the will to look over the rim of the plate to achieve something together in the team You have a sense of responsibility, connected with the drive and high motivation to change and improve processes, as well as a strong interest in new
