Imagine ...you are the face of our IQOS-Shop-in-Shop .You are enthusiastic about IQOS, present products, answer questions and ask for a shopping experience that remains in mind.You actively support actions, pay attention to availability of goods and make sure that the shop is always tidy and welcoming. Your dutiesAs a seller:in Retail IQOS you are centrally responsible for the sale, customer retention and brand presence in our shop. You are proactive in customer contact, support marketing actions and make sure the shop runs smoothly. Your tasks • Proactive acquisition & customer retention: You are actively approaching customers: gain new and enthusiastic existing ones to sustainably expand our regular and new customer network • Sales Promotion & Marketing: You are proactively implementing sales promotion, image and marketing actions to increase awareness of IQOS and promote sales • Customer enthusiasm & brand retention: You make IQOS experienceable, actively attract interest in innovative products and strengthen the bond to the brand • Responsibility & Quality: You perform tasks conscientiously, independently and in accordance with our quality standards

Your profile • Strong service and customer orientation with passion for a unique shopping experience • Target strength, enthusiasm and joy at active customer contact • Ideal experience in retail, sales or promotion • Organizational and structured working • Communication strength in German; English skills are advantageous

Benefits • Payment: A fair basic salary from €2,600 to €3,100 plus a performance-related commission of up to EUR 1,400 which reflects your success.
