In close cooperation with our clients, you develop individual requirements profiles - both professionally and personally - and thereby independently conduct a targeted recruiting strategy. You take over the control of the entire selection process - from job description, through interviews to successful communication. Through active networking, you build long-term relationships with candidate:inside and ensure sustainable support. Our project staff (m/w/d) are advised and supervised by you in all human matters. In addition, administrative activities such as the creation of contract documents, the collection of proofs of hours and the monitoring of deadlines are part of your daily task.

You have successfully completed a commercial training as a personnel service businessman/wife or industrial businessman/wife or an economic study. Ideally, you bring first professional experience in the staff service, in recruiting or HR environment. Knowledge in zvoove (former Landwehr L1) is a plus, but no condition. You can well prioritize, think solution-oriented and keep a cool head even in stressful phases. Communication is your strength: you are binding, reliable and will be happy to work in the team.
