Support of the department in various tasks around shopping Cooperation in operational purchasing and support in the use and care of various shopping portals Maintenance, storage and archiving of contracts and documents Support for the optimization and further development of internal processes Coordination of needs with internal departments Preparation of evaluations, reports and presentations Communication with internal departments and external suppliers and service providers

Current studies in the field of business management, supply chain management, facility management or comparable First practical experience, e.g. through internships or student work, is desirable Fast conception and motivation to apply theoretical knowledge in practice Availability for up to 20 hours per week during the semester Very good knowledge of German and safe handling of the current MS Office applications
