In the team of the National HR Competence Center (Team Learning & Development), you support a wide range of diverse tasks and contribute to the further advancement of PENNY's HR projects and personnel development measures. You can move a lot with us. You support: By co-ordinating and administering our learning opportunities, such as management programs or individual development offers. You work with different internal contact persons: both inside and with external service providers. You make a contribution: With new concepts and events, we want to ensure that employees are more noticeable. You participate in project components supportingly and keep an overview. You take responsibility: In fixed own topics, such as in the (further) development of concepts in education and training, digital learning or in ensuring a complete onboarding day for our new HR colleagues. You bring a valuable expertise: in the evaluation and processing of data, as well as the creation of presentations and decision templates. You'll get yourself involved: with new ideas and improvements to transfer tasks/thematic areas.

You can become part of our team. You are characterized by your special communication strength as well as your conscience and team capacity and have fun in pragmatic and solution-oriented work. You are enrolled in a degree from the field of economics, business, social sciences, pedagogy or psychology, or you have already successfully completed your studies. You master the handling of all major MS Office programs, especially Power Point. In addition, you bring six months of time and enthusiasm for the topics listed above. You could ideally gain first practical experience.
