For our company customers, we are looking for one/n at the Würzburg site at the earliest possible time Senior Consultant (m/w/d). Our corporate customer department is a well-established team that has been working very successfully for many years – and is now looking for reinforcement. Together with our customers, we shape the changes in banking. For this we need personalities who want to take responsibility, learn new things and go bravely new ways. Its goal is to develop into an independent company customer advisor within 12 to 18 months. In doing so, you take on more responsibility step by step, introduce your ideas and actively shape banking.

You advise your customer portfolio personally and digitally, identify potentials and actively develop them. You develop as a holistic partner for entrepreneurial families, accompany handovers and ESG investment and create the bridge between corporate financing and private assets. You maintain regional networks in the entrepreneurial environment, are actively involved and represent the Prince Castell'sche Bank. Your business advice focuses on the liquidity assurance of our customers through financial advice, including the creation of applications and resolution templates. You will get to know and apply different financing solutions, including tools such as forfaitation. You build close and trusting relationships with the key decision-makers of the companies, such as owners, managing directors and managers, thus contributing to long-term customer relationships and high customer satisfaction.

You have a completed training as a banking businessman / as a banking businesswoman (m/w/d) – ideally complemented by a banking business/bachelor degree, an economics degree or a comparable qualification. You have a good understanding of economic relations and can also identify complex issues in a structured and analytical manner. You are open and interested in customer concerns, identify needs and want to learn how to build and sustain professional relationships. You are motivated, flexible, resilient and reliable. You can see digital innovations – such as the use of artificial intelligence – as an opportunity to actively rethink banking, develop innovative solutions and optimize processes. You like to make decisions, take responsibility and actively shape changes. Your communication strength, analytical skills and your solution-oriented thinking support you.
