Responsibility and execution of the commercial task field as part of the project management of a large project Project-related creation and monitoring of budget specifications Cost, performance and revenue analyses as well as the accounting level in the projects Preparation, implementation and follow-up of contract and follow-up negotiations Preparation and prosecution of payment confirmations, deposit claims and final invoices Participation in procurement, ordering requirements, receivable management and dunning Responsible for project-related cash management Implementation of claim and return management Commercial management of subcontractors Participation in internal kick-off, project status and final discussions Implementation of commercial project documentation Preparation and implementation of monthly project discussions with the construction and project managers

Completed commercial vocational training and/or studies in an economic or technical field Multiannual professional experience in a comparable activity is mandatory Extensive experience in building and contract law according to BGB/VOB Safe handling of the MS Office applications we require Good knowledge of BRZ and iTWO of advantage In the English language, communication in word and writing is a matter of course Unrestricted readiness
