• They care and provide patients with short-term care/outpatient care.

• They supply people to SGB V and XI and take care of new recordings.
• You create and revise the care plans.
• They conduct consultations according to §37.3 SGB XI.

Your location Help that comes from the heart: Our Ambulant Care Service in Königsee advises and assists people in need of help and care in their homes, especially directly in Königsee, Rottenbach, Sitzendorf and the surrounding area. In the Ilmkreis we provide our clients in Herschdorf, Allersdorf and Pennewitz. We, the team of the Johanniters in Königsee, support you to live a self-determined life in your own home, but provide far more than pure care. We visit our customers at home, give them attention and always have an open ear. Joint activities and advice on further aids such as nursing allowance, day care and day care, home emergency call, household help, cared for housing or the care for dementia patients belong to us.
