At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a specialist building manager: in the road / Oberbau (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Ludwigshafen / Rhein, Mannheim or Neustadt / Weinstraße site. Your tasks: You are responsible for order execution in maintenance at the Oberbau plant (inspection, maintenance, disorder, repair) The planning and creation of measures to coordinate railway and construction operations is your responsibility as well as the release of railway systems for rail transport In addition, you ensure compliance with statutory and entrepreneurial requirements for work, health and environmental protection as well as for accident prevention In the case of smaller repair measures, you are in work-responsible, guide the employees employed and ensure that the work is carried out in conformity with the rules. You regularly carry out inspections on our systems and document the results including suggestions for measures to eliminate them in SAP As a representative:in the team management and the district manager, you take part in measurement trips, evaluate the measurement results, initiate operational replacement measures and ensure a rapid remedy
