Location: Höchberg Area: Cafeteria Time: Full-time – from now on, limited to 3 months, months - Fr. (7:00 – 15:30) Career level: Professional

What can you do at Wölfel?

• Preparation of daily two main dishes (meat & vegetarian) for approx. 100–120 persons
• Pre- and preparation of food together with the kitchen team
• Reliable compliance with hygiene and quality standards of work areas
• Support for weekly food planning
• Active participation in the smooth running of the family cafeteria team

What skills are required?

• Education: Completed training as a chef (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience: Professional experience in system gastronomy, in a canteen / communal catering as a canteen cook (m/w/d) – ideal with responsibility for larger quantities and scheduleable processes in an operating kitchen
• expertise: safe handling of a convectomat, common kitchen appliances and systems; Knowledge of food safety, HACCP guidelines
• Softskills: passion for freshly prepared food and pleasure in varied cuisine, organizational talent, flexibility, high quality demands, self-employment, communication skills and team spirit
• Language: Very good German knowledge
