Residential Property Management (m/w/d)

Your tasks as a real estate businessman for corporate real estate management:

• Care of nationwide office space in coordination with Head of Corporate Real Estate
• search for suitable office space, as well as the creation of office and space plans
• Portfolio creation and analysis (examination of office space and its potentials)
• Detection of different real estate codes (KPIs)
• Support in contract design for office space and other leases
• Analysis, development and implementation of modern site concepts
• Development of a master plan for the real estate portfolio together with the Head of Corporate Real Estate
• Support for the assignment and coordination of external service providers
• General administrative tasks

Your knowledge and skills:

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• At least 2 years of professional experience with proven project experience
• knowledge of the contract (e.g. lease and service contracts)
• Experience in Corporate Real Estate and Office Planning
• Secure handling of MS-Office
• High operational readiness, flexibility, team capacity and conceptual thinking
• Cost awareness and the ability to identify and optimize process structures
• Reliable and independent operation and partial readiness to travel within Germany
