Complete studies in marketing, communication, event management or BWL and a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the event, partnership or sponsoring environment, ideal in sports, lifestyle or brand marketing Detectable experience in developing, implementing and activating brand partnerships and sponsoring Safe occurrence in cooperation with external partners, service providers and decision-makers at management level Negotiating knowledge in the design, negotiation and implementation of cooperation and sponsorship agreements Strong entrepreneurial thinking with a strong understanding of performance, KPIs and return on investment Experience in close cooperation with sales teams and in the monetization of partnerships via business networks Strategic thinking combined with operational hands-on mentality at events and activations Very good organizational skills, high self-responsibility and quality awareness Understanding the Integration of Partnerships in Marketing and Communication Measures, in particular Social Media and Out of Home Communication strength, enforcement and negotiation skills
