Accompanying and advising scientific project managers in financial planning from submission to final settlement

• Contact for donors such as federal and state ministries, foundations, companies
• Coordination and moderation of coordination with various areas of the institute
• calculation of forecasts of third-party revenue
• Creation of calls for funds and evidence of use, safeguarding conditions
• Coordination of audits and audits by third parties
• Participation in third-party evaluations, statistics and reports

Your qualifications

Completed studies or training in the field of economics or comparable -Expressed analytical skills and understanding of economic relationships

• Communication and coordination capability
• Business knowledge and experience with policies and laws
• First knowledge of administrative law and/or third-party funds desirable
• Finded knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP R/3
• Flowing German knowledge and good English skills
