Division Manager – Electronics Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Operational production line: control and monitoring of the daily production processes in electronics production taking into account order situation, capacities, quality and delivery dates. Production planning and control: Ensuring demand-oriented personnel and capacity planning and efficient handling of customer orders. Process optimization: analysis and improvement of existing production processes with the aim of shortening throughput times, reducing costs and increasing productivity and delivery reliability. Shopfloor management: Active presence in production, detection of bottlenecks and disturbances and direct implementation of appropriate measures to ensure a smooth production process. Staff management: Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in production. You create clear structures, impart standards and promote self-responsibility. Quality assurance: ensuring compliance with quality standards, manufacturing standards and internal quality management processes. Order processing: monitoring the timely and economic production of customer-specific individual components and assemblies. Interface management: Close coordination with material management, service and sales to coordinate customer requirements, production capacities and delivery dates.

Complete technical vocational training or studies in the field of electronics, electrical engineering or production, ideally supplemented by an economic development Multiannual experience in operating management or control of production, preferably in electronics production, assembly production or industrial wage production. Funded knowledge of production planning, capacity control and organization of order-related production processes. Experience in the management of industrial employees and in the organization of efficient production processes. Knowledge of material management and the handling of changing customer requirements and different manufacturing orders. Experience with Lean Production, Shopfloor Management or comparable methods for continuous process improvement is advantageous.
