In this versatile interface function, you are responsible for the care and further development of our customer master data as well as customer structures. In doing so, you will examine complex issues concerning organisational and legal changes and ensure correct implementation in SAP. A further focus is on the examination and management of customer-specific contracts, which you evaluate and accompany together with relevant specialist areas. In addition, you coordinate contract-related processes and ensure complete and comprehensible documentation. At the same time, you are responsible for maintaining prices, conditions and discounts, making an important contribution to data quality. For internal and external stakeholders, you create evaluations, reports as well as product and price information and support pricing related issues. With your proactive approach, you identify optimization potentials and introduce new ideas for the further development of processes and procedures.

After your successfully completed commercial training or your studies, you have already gained relevant professional experience in a customer-oriented environment. In handling ERP and CRM systems, you have well-founded knowledge, ideally in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Analytical thinking as well as a structured and conscientious way of working are just as good as a high quality claim. New processes and changes look at you as a chance and are actively involved in their design. In addition, you can convince by communication strength, a safe occurrence and a good sense in dealing with different stakeholders. Also in complex questions, you keep an overview and develop pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
