IHRE ROLLE BEI FICON As assistance, you are an indispensable support for our team. In the back office, You ensure that everything is running around in the daily business: Active relief: You support our asset managers in operational day-to-day business and keep their backs off administratively. Office management: You act as a friendly first contact for customers and service providers and represent our house on the phone and at the reception. Securities Administration: You perform tasks in securities accounting and in the back office and are in contact with our partner banks.

THE BRINGS We are looking for personality and commitment: Qualification: You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the banking environment, and have basic knowledge in the capital market business. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in assistance at a bank or a financial service provider is desirable; we also give motivational career starters a chance. Mindset: High service and service orientation, reliability and an independent working method are of course for you. Skills: You have a safe handling of the current MS Office applications and do not have any barbarity in new programs, especially in the securities field.
