The Institute of Medical Diagnostics (IMD Potsdam) is more than just a laboratory – we are an accredited center of competence in which specialist physicians from laboratory medicine, microbiology, virology, human genetics, endocrinology and diabetics combine their knowledge. Our mission: first-class diagnostics, precise consulting and reliable care for established doctoral practices in Berlin and Brandenburg.

For our dedicated team we are looking for a personality (m/w/d) for the external service of the Metropolregion Berlin and Potsdam, which convinces with competence, heart and sense of responsibility.

Representation of our accredited laboratory with existing and new customers trusted support and development of our customer base Advice on our diverse performance spectrum with appropriate expertise Extraction of new customers Participation in trade fairs, congresses and training - always at the heart of the industry Support in the introduction and use of electronic laboratory requirements (Order Entry) structured and independent operation with modern CRM system

completed training in the medical or commercial field (e.g. MFA / MTLA or merchant in the healthcare sector) ideally experience in external service or customer contact, with technical affinity careful, responsible working and real team feeling Joy in personal dialogue and dealing with people at eye level pronounced communication strength, openness and reliability very good knowledge of German in word and writing safe handling of digital communication tools and IT tools
