Growth Lead – PACE Drive Business (m/f/d)

Sales & Growth Marketing from a single source: You are responsible for the entire Go-to-Market for PDB (PACE Drive Business) – from the pipeline strategy to the deal conclusion to scalable growth loops. Team lead and develop: You control an interdisciplinary team as an operative tactor in daily business. You’ll set up the direction and pace – and at the same time create an environment where good work is created. Answer numbers: CLV, MRR, CAC, Churn, Pipeline-Velocity – you know your KPIs and can explain how You develop at any time. You always keep the management in the picture, among others, through regular reporting. Living close to the customer: You build relationships with fleet decision-makers, fleet operators and company owners and understand what You really need. Product & Markt verzahn: You work closely with the product team and make sure market feedback is really important.

B2B distribution: Detegratable experience in the B2B SaaS or B2B Fintech environment – ideally in a product-driven environment First leadership experience: You know how to ask and wear people at the same time Growth Marketing: You bring a real understanding with Own responsibility and proactivity Priority: The ability to set and deliver priorities in a rapidly changing environment AI affinity: At PACE, the curious handling of AI tools is part of everyday life - you bring the necessary openness to use new tools seriously. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English; Knowledge in the Fleet or Mobility Industry is a plus
