To support the business area offers at the headquarters in Essen, we are looking for

Assistant (m/w/d) Full visibility and verification of the administrative tender documents Support, reporting and consulting of the Bid Director (BD), Bid Managers (BM), Bid Coordination Managers (BCM) and the Bid Team Members (BTM) for questions on the tender documents during the tender phase Preparation of the presentation for the management team defining the scope of the PQ/offer documents including the content list for the: Administrative documentation, including PQ/offer forms, guarantees, declarations and financial and legal documents Technical documentation, including offer descriptions, calculations, drawings, schemes and warranty values Creation of PQ/offer documents in accordance with the invitation to tender with uniform formatting and implementation according to the corporate design Document Management: Creation and maintenance of the shared and project-related document structure in SharePoint filling out customer-specific forms as well as forwarding, appointment and posting Preparation of legal powers and joint examination with the legal department Tracking the status of PQ/offer documents in the technical and commercial field Responsible for the entire PQ/offer documentation and the creation of the final PQ/offer

Completed commercial training Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of English in word and writing, Flexible organizational design and quick conception Experience in quotes of advantage
