(Senior) Consultant for Occupational Pension Schemes (m/f/d)

You advise companies in Germany on precautionary and benefit solutions (e.g. occupational retirement, health insurance, working time accounts) You are contact persons for HR and finance managers and support the design and development of supply solutions You analyze existing systems, develop concepts and accompany companies in their implementation You identify potentials for new topics and strengthen customer relationships sustainably You work closely with internal disciplines such as law, actuariat and administration

You feel comfortable in exchange with companies' HR and finance departments and understand their questions You bring analytical skills and can convey complex topics structured and understandable You have the pleasure of project work and the coordination of different stakeholders You work in a solution-oriented, customer-focused manner and are confident about business partners We require very good German knowledge – good English skills complete your profile Your background: A study (e.g. BWL, VWL, Jura, HR, Finance or comparable) or professional experience in the consulting field, in HR, Finance or project management qualify for this role. Knowledge in the field of occupational pensions is advantageous, but your skills are crucial in dealing with corporate customers and your interest in working on this topic. English knowledge is welcome as you can also be involved in international projects.
