We are the AWO pro:mensch – a 100% subsidiary of the Landesverband der Berliner Arbeitswohlfahrt and are therefore one of the top associations of the Free Well-being Care. At the end of 1999 we started the operation with a day care facility and less than 10 employees. Today, more than 300 colleagues work in 14 institutions in the areas of child and youth assistance, participation in mentally impaired people and the office. To strengthen our team in the field of nursery workshops, we are now looking for 30 to 39 hours per week for our young Kita Alboin gardens in Tempelhof with 60 seats, Exercises which the team supports and develops responsibly, actively and expertly. The education and care of the children is carried out in age-mixed groups. We are guided by the situation-oriented approach. Since it is a young institution, there are still many possibilities for participation in the development of pedagogical conception and spatial design. We will keep opening hours from 07:00 to 17:00.
