Completed scientific university studies, ideally in the field of pedagogy, social and communication sciences, psychology, etc. Experience in personnel development or a similar field Required expertise and personal skills Pleasure of conceptual work combined with a structured and independent way of working Knowledge of methods of training, coaching and consulting Safe handling of Microsoft Office as well as the willingness to safely apply and develop digital systems and processes Very good knowledge of German and English – both oral and written High social competence and a strong understanding of the specific framework conditions in university administration and research
