Your tasks:

• Cooperation - you work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Pflege – you take care of the changed people in the context of reference care .
• Save documentation - you keep treatment and progress.
• More development - you bring your wishes, idea and knowledge and help in the further development of nursing processes and structures.

Qualifications

You complete our team if you...

• have a completed training as a health and nursing person/health caregiver or elderly caregiver.
• on social competence and willingness to contribute to change.
• have fun in individual care and can apply learned strategies and techniques.
• Bringing appreciation and empathy to work with the dementially changed people.
• are open to new developments and scientific knowledge.
• ready to work in the 3-layer system.
