Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in our Home Treatment / StäB Team Warstein and Lippstadt The LWL clinics Warstein and Lippstadt are jointly responsible for the psychiatric care of the Soest district and the surrounding communities. The clinics are composed of several chiefly guided centers of focus (search medicine, behavioral medicine and psychosomatics, general psychiatry, depression, social psychiatry, Gerontopsychiatrie, rehabilitation clinic for addiction diseases and an institute for rehabilitation). In addition to (part-)stationary as well as rehabilitative offers and a wide range of outpatient services, looking therapies (e.g. StäB) belong to our portfolio. In our facilities, people in mental crisis situations are treated across sectors according to a recovery-oriented, patient-centered, multimodal and multiprofessional approach. For the year 2027 we plan to convert to a model project according to § 64b SGB V. As a senior physician for the Home Treatment Team, You are assigned to a center of gravity, taking into account individual preferences Professional leadership of multi-professional teams Cooperative and collaborative cooperation with internal centres and areas, external partners and the established area Instruction and supervision of the assistant physician:inside and other therapeutically active employees Conducting diagnostic and therapeutic discussions, visits and interdisciplinary team and case meetings Development and implementation of innovative psychiatric treatment concepts Promoting and developing interdisciplinary cooperation between different professional groups Support and co-design of research and teaching projects as well as further and further training events of the clinics Active participation in quality management processes and continuous improvement of treatment standards

Recognition as a specialist for psychiatry and psychotherapy Interest in leadership experiences and further development Staff and patient orientation as well as high social and communicative skills Clinical specialties are desirable for very good general psychiatric and psychotherapeutic knowledge
