Planning, implementation and management of A/B and multivariate tests Construction and maintenance of testing frameworks including smoke tests and conversion optimization Definition, monitoring and interpretation of KPIs and statistical evaluation of test results Translation of product requirements in measurable KPIs and derivation of action recommendations Analysis and optimization of user behavior and conversion drivers (UX, messaging, decision-making processes) Combining qualitative and quantitative insights to identify effective improvements Creation of dashboards, reports as well as documentation and communication of test results to stakeholders Development of an experimental roadmap along the customer journey, close cooperation with relevant teams and promotion of data-driven decisions

Complete studies in the field of psychology, BWL, marketing, statistics or comparable training with a strong focus on data and user behavior Multiannual relevant professional experience in CRO, web analysis or growth hacking Statistical expertise Very good knowledge of web analysis and CRO tools Understanding conversion drivers in UX, messaging and decision making Ability to cross-departmental cooperation Safe written and oral communication skills in German and English (C1) Remarkable: Experience in the B2B environment as well as SEO & GEO experience
