Your area of responsibility:

• Loading and unloading of machine tools
• machining of rotationally symmetrical components (turning machining, external circular grinding, milling machining)
• Coordination of material flow to the next workplace
• workpiece control according to test plan (simple measuring test or teaching test)
• Monitoring the loading device
• Maintenance and maintenance of production equipment
• Reporting and unsubscribing work orders including all fault and interrupt messages
• Immediate reporting of malfunctions of the equipment(s) at the team spokesperson and/or supervisors and, if appropriate, triggering a repair job
• Plants Roughing and entry with existing programs

We wish:

• CNC, completed vocational training
• good knowledge of the control Fanuc
• extensive experience of multi-channel machines (Emag of advantage)
• Experiences in the evaluation of measurement protocols and correction
• high quality awareness
• readiness in the 4-shift system (rolling week)
