They lead the assigned directorates within the framework of the personnel management principles and determine their appropriate, professional and costly use. They contribute to the creation of the business plan and are responsible for its fulfilment They shall be responsible for the customer-oriented support for applications and new contracts. You exercise key account assignment in top sales partners They perform representative tasks in the business area They regularly report to the management company customers

They have extensive distribution and expertise in the field of agriculture and ideally also lead experience.
