Reference number: 2025-0159 The German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) plays a leading role in the digital transformation in life and health sciences and aims to better understand cancer and develop innovative approaches to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer diseases. The latest information technologies are of particular importance at the DKFZ. For this purpose, the Core Facility Information Technology (ITCF) operates a central data and data center and supervises several thousand individual space computers, mainly under Windows, but also under MacOS and Unix.
