Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

The Youth Promotion Association Parchim/Lübz e.V. is looking for a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) for the locations of Schwerin and Wismar from sofort) for the integration of young people and young adults with cognitive or physical impairment on the first labour market.

Your qualification profile:

• You have completed your studies, an education to the state-recognized educator, or are an occupational therapist or have completed a vocational training with Master's degree, at least. 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year experience in professional and social integration of the target group
• They have knowledge of the regional educational landscape and the requirements in the professions of the regional labour market
• Ideally you have experience in dealing with disadvantaged groups of people
• Your ability to motivate people with mediation barriers is tested
• Communication skills, social and organizational skills and customer-oriented behavior are your strengths
• Class B driving licence (car) required

Projects:

• Support, activation and motivation of participants
• Support for adaptation to a daily structure
• Accompanying participants in individual life and target planning
• compliance and enforcement of specific framework conditions
• Dealing with MS Office
• Cooperation with network partners, public institutions and other institutions
