For our location in Cologne we are looking for backup accounting.

Tasks of the role

Demanding and attractive - your tasks can be seen. You create individual monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB. You work with the ongoing financial accounting and ensure a correct accounting. You are responsible for the timely preparation of evaluations and reporting. You support the preparation of annual audits. You contribute to the optimization of accounting processes and processes, especially in the context of digitalization and automation. You are available as a competent respondent for tax and accounting issues.

You are created for this place – your profile fits perfectly. You have a successfully completed commercial training with further training to the account holder (IHK) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting and accounting. You have well-founded knowledge of HGB accounting. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the real estate industry or in companies with a complex social structure. You work safely with common accounting and ERP systems (such as Docuware and DATEV) as well as with MS Office, especially Excel. You are characterized by a structured, careful and independent way of working. You have a high degree of reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility. You like to work in the team and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
