You implement contractual provisions according to SGB V & SGB XI, conduct payment negotiations with care institutions and service providers independently, prepare them before and after and process arbitration proceedings. In addition, you will perform personnel and personnel costs compensation and agree on compensation reductions if necessary. You work closely with the members of the vdek, the health and care insurance companies or their associations, other cost-beneficiaries as well as other stakeholders and agree with them. In addition, you will implement the decisions of the Landespflegesatzkommission. You collect and update the relevant data in the association-internal database system

You bring a completed degree in nursing, health or administrative sciences or alternatively have an education with practical experience in the field of health or care. The common Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel and PowerPoint, will set you safe and effective. You bring experience in dealing with complex databases as well as in their evaluation and have a good understanding of numbers. A careful, structured and independent way of working distinguishes you as well as distinct team skills. You convince with a strong communication strength as well as negotiation and enforcement capability.
