Senior Contract Administrator (m/w/d) EPC/M, Infrastructure and Industrial Building Projects Your duties Contract Management Contract mobilisation and management: support in the mobilisation and independent support of the main contract through the entire project life cycle, including deadline and rights management Correspondence and Payment Requests: Creation and Examination of Contracted Documents, Subsequents and Claims and Support for Payment Requests and Contract Claims Registers and Reports: Maintenance of Contract, Claim and Postal Registers and participation in Forecasts and Project Reports to support project management in the enforcement of claims and facilitate dispute resolutions Purchasing and Subcontracting Management Calls for tenders: Support for the structuring of tenders and the preparation of tender documents including evaluation of tenders and contract negotiations Contracts and Risk Management: Contractual settlement and support during execution, coupled with the audit and defence of claims and the establishment and maintenance of registers HSE & Compliance Legal and regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal, internal and contractual requirements and support of HSE Culture according to HOCHTIEF principles Your profile Education and experience: Successful completion in the fields of economic engineering, civil engineering, economic law or project management, combined with well-founded professional experience in contract and follow-up management for complex construction or industrial projects Expertise: Knowledge of construction and contract law as well as the handling of construction and supply contracts, combined with a pronounced commercial and analytical understanding Communication and software skills: Very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English are required as well as safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with document management systems such as Aconex Working and personal characteristics: Structured, independent and result-oriented working methods with high team capacity, enforcement strength and responsibility Your advantages Field of Activity/ Compensation: An independent and interesting activity at a future-proof and exciting workplace awaits you.
