You ensure a high external and internal customer satisfaction through a professional enquiry and complaint management with a high instant solution rate and support the strategic development of the sales and efficiency concepts of the area. Specifically, you work on the following topics: You are responsible for short- and medium-term influencing goals of the team or Area and ensure its achievement. You develop the department or Technical budget, monitors budget compliance and introduces necessary adjustments. You are responsible for the personnel assigned to you, the available salary increase budgets, resource planning and management of relevant KPIs. You represent other team leaders within the Client Service IFA department and ensure a smooth flow of information. You take decisions on existing and promised resources and use conceptual thinking to understand complex issues and their impact. You drive forward the operational development of external service providers and continuously optimize their services. You monitor daily business, recognize bottlenecks early and develop targeted countermeasures Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you You bring a completed study and professional experience in the financial services industry You have several years of experience in leadership In addition, you have very extensive knowledge of the relevant specialist areas (e.g. outsourcing management, technology support, service operations), the development and execution organisation of BNP Paribas, as well as a deep understanding of the relationships and effects in the associated field.
