Business Intelligence (BI) is responsible for the design and implementation of Group-wide reporting systems within the Group Controlling. As a team of experts with different focuses, we as a team implement sustainable and modern BI solutions for our internal customers. Various tools such as IBM Planning Analytics TM1, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud and Longview Analytics are available to us. TM1 has been a leading tool for reporting, planning and forecasting in finance and controlling for over 25 years.

As an in-house BI Consultant Planning and Analytics (w/m/d), you develop existing BI solutions in IBM PA/TM1 and take over the collection of requirements from the specialist areas as well as the implementation and roll-out of the solution.

They develop processes and concepts for introducing group-wide planning, forecasting and information systems with a clear focus on planning and forecasting.

They support the continuous improvement of the existing IBM Planning Analytics TM1 landscape with regard to Group-wide harmonisation and standardization and ensuring global governance.

As a specialist, you are the link between the business requirements in controlling and the implementation of IT solutions in our tools in close cooperation with Corporate IT and the other corporate controlling departments.

For our BI applications, you are available as a test supporter*in as well as 2nd-level support and perform independent training.

With the new solutions, you can reduce the planning and reporting processes and automate manual outrage.

Complete study of economics, natural sciences, (economic) computer science, or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in designing and implementing reporting solutions as well as in requirements engineering in planning/reporting projects

Experience in handling multidimensional databases, ideally IBM Planning Analytics TM1. These include the development of Rules, TI Processes and MDX Statements

Experience in the development of applications with PAW and PAfE as well as knowledge in handling Python and TM1py are advantageous

Experiences in dealing with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server) or SAP BW are welcome

In addition to good German and good English knowledge, good English skills are relevant for exchange with our customers
