Type of employment: Full time

Support for F&B management in operational day-to-day business Co-organization and coordination of all food-&-beverage areas Ensuring smooth operations between kitchen, service and bar Support in service planning, personnel deployment and organisation of workflows Operational support and support of the team in the daily business Working with the planning and implementation of events, events and special service concepts Control of stocks of goods and support for orders and inventory Ensuring and maintaining quality, hygiene and service standards Support in administrative processes and internal processes Participation in the incorporation and training of new employees Professional care of guests and sovereign complaint management

First experience in the food-food-food-beverage area as well as in the gastronomy or hotel industry Embossed organizational skills and a hands-on mentality Team skills and joy in dealing with people Structured, reliable and responsible operation High flexibility and durability – even in stressful situations Embossed service orientation and a professional appearance Good German and English skills desirable
