Management, planning, organization and administration of all training-relevant topics in the field of technology Coordination of external, over-company training in all STULZ branches Training of skills and knowledge in accordance with the training framework plan, as well as support for the theoretical training Coordination of training and the implementation of in- and external courses and exam preparation Accompanying the recruiting and onboarding process Close cooperation with all participating intersections in the training process, innations and chambers of commerce and crafts and with external cooperation partners Acquisition of representative tasks, such as local cooperation and participation in training fairs Assessment of trainees and feedback interviews Further tasks: Supporting the onboarding process of service technicians (m/w/d)

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Additionally completed training as a master / technician (m/w/d) desirable Completed training examination (AEVO-Schein) Experience in practical vocational training and pedagogical skills Self-employed, structured working and organisational competence Flexibility, teamability and enforcement readiness to travel
