The area of labour and social law is part of the personnel department of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. We are responsible for the entire work and social counselling of the Group's HR functions and the management of the procedures before the Labour and Social Courts. We also support the Executive Board in all matters relating to tariff policy and are involved in all matters relating to personal policy, including negotiations with the relevant employee representatives.

Your tasks include: Create expert opinions on various legal issues and support lawyers in the field through targeted research on different issues

Participation in contract design and projects (e.g. corporate restructuring, implementation of uniform labour/social and personal policy requirements)

Designing and revising fonts, opinions, etc. on labour/social issues

Participate in negotiations before the labour courts, appointments with business partners and company-internal lectures

The activity can start immediately. Adjustment requirement is the support of the doctoral project by a university lecturer. The selection of a corresponding person is the responsibility of the doctoral student.

First legal state exam with above-average results

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Basic knowledge of labour or social law
