In close cooperation with the Executive Board, you take over the strategic development of the company network with a clear focus on economic governance You are responsible for the commercial management as well as the strategic orientation of all central administrative areas and act as the first contact person for the Executive Board and Management Board Your operational responsibility includes the professional and disciplinary leadership of central departments such as human resources, financial accounting, accounting, IT and performance accounting You are responsible for compliance with legal and economic frameworks and are actively involved in relevant bodies. Through your communicative skills, you control contract management and nursing kit negotiations and ensure an efficient, service-oriented management structure in close cooperation with a multi-professional team of around 50 employees

You have completed your studies in business, economic law, controlling or a comparable qualification Your multiannual experience in a leading role in the commercial sector – ideally in the social economy – complements your expertise You bring well-founded knowledge in the fields of accounting, controlling, personnel and procurement law As a leader, you are convinced by a strong strategic approach, communication strength and a high degree of decision-making and integrity A lived identification with the mission and the dedicated implementation of the diaconic order are of course for you
